Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Taxidermy Pro, operated by Aroya Dev. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Taxidermy Pro application ("App") or accessing taxidermypro.app ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App or Site. These Terms apply to all users, including shop owners, employees, and customers invited to the platform.
2. Description of Service
Taxidermy Pro is a shop management platform designed for taxidermy businesses. It provides tools for job tracking, customer communication, payment recording, employee management, and analytics. The service is available as a mobile application on iOS and as a web portal for customers.
3. Accounts and Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at Team@aroyadev.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Subscription and Billing
Shop owners may access Taxidermy Pro under a paid subscription (Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly) following a 14-day free trial. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. Billing is processed through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the App; access continues until the end of the paid period. Subscription charges are non-refundable except as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
5. Free Use for Employees and Customers
Employees invited to a shop account and customers invited to view their job portal use Taxidermy Pro at no charge. Their access is tied to the shop owner's active subscription. If a shop owner's subscription lapses, associated employee and customer access may be suspended.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (b) upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or infringing content; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App; (d) use automated tools to scrape or extract data; (e) impersonate any person or entity; or (f) interfere with the security or integrity of the platform.
7. User Content
You retain ownership of content you upload to Taxidermy Pro, including job photos, notes, and customer information. By uploading content, you grant Aroya Dev a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and display that content solely to operate the service. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content.
8. Intellectual Property
Taxidermy Pro, its logo, design, and underlying software are the intellectual property of Aroya Dev. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use our trademarks, brand assets, or proprietary technology beyond what is necessary to use the App as intended.
9. Privacy
Your use of Taxidermy Pro is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data practices.
10. Disclaimers
Taxidermy Pro is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aroya Dev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Texas.
