1. Who We Are
Taxidermy Pro is operated by Aroya Dev ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use the Taxidermy Pro mobile application or website (collectively, the "Service"). 2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, shop name, and payment information when you register or subscribe. We also collect content you create while using the Service, including job records, customer details, photos, and messages. When you use the App, we automatically collect device information, IP address, app usage data, and crash reports to operate and improve the Service.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: (a) provide, maintain, and improve the Service; (b) process payments and manage your subscription; (c) send transactional emails and in-app notifications related to your account and jobs; (d) respond to your support requests; (e) detect and prevent fraud or abuse; and (f) comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Information Shared With Others
Shop owners control which employees and customers are invited to their account. Customer portal information (job status, photos, messages) is visible to the shop owner, assigned employees, and the specific customer. We share data with trusted service providers — including Stripe for payment processing, Apple for push notifications, and cloud infrastructure providers — solely to operate the Service. These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.
5. Payment Information
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number or CVV. Stripe's collection and use of your payment data is governed by Stripe's own Privacy Policy. We retain billing records (amount, date, plan) for accounting and legal compliance purposes.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you cancel your subscription and delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as resolving disputes or enforcing agreements.
7. Cookies and Tracking
Our website uses essential cookies to maintain your session and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The mobile App does not use cookies but may use device identifiers for analytics and crash reporting.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us at Team@aroyadev.com.
9. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
10. Your Rights and Choices
You may update or correct your account information at any time from the App's settings. You may request a copy of your personal data or ask us to delete your account by emailing Team@aroyadev.com. If you are located in the European Economic Area or California, you may have additional rights under GDPR or CCPA, including the right to access, portability, correction, and deletion of your data.
11. Push Notifications
With your permission, we send push notifications to keep you and your customers informed about job status updates and shop activity. You can disable push notifications at any time in your device's settings or within the App.
12. Third-Party Links
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
