Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for Taxidermy Pro subscriptions, operated by Aroya Dev.
1. Free Trial
Every new shop account starts with a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No payment method is required to start the trial, and you will not be charged during this period.
2. Subscription Charges
After your free trial ends, your chosen plan (Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly) will begin billing automatically through Stripe if you have added a payment method. Charges are billed in advance at the start of each billing period.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing within the App, with no cancellation fees and no forms required. When you cancel, your access continues through the end of the billing period you already paid for, and your subscription will not renew after that.
4. No Refunds for Partial Periods
Subscription payments are non-refundable, including for partially used billing periods. Because you may cancel at any time and are never billed until your free trial ends, we do not provide prorated or partial refunds when you cancel mid-cycle.
5. Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after you cancelled — contact us at Team@aroyadev.com within 30 days of the charge. We will review the charge and issue a refund if a billing error is confirmed.
6. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us directly at Team@aroyadev.com before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. This allows us to resolve most issues faster than the chargeback process. Filing a chargeback for a valid, authorized charge may result in suspension of your account.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
